• How does LaVita work?

  

  LaVita supports cellular function by delivering all essential vitamins and trace elements in scientifically backed dosages and in their natural environment (see nutrition table). The bioavailability for the cells has been confirmed by a large, internationally published study*.

• What ingredients are in LaVita?

  

  LaVita contains over 70 varieties of fresh fruits, colorful vegetables, selected herbs, and plant oils, enriched with valuable vitamins and trace elements. These ingredients are gently processed into a holistic micronutrient concentrate. You can find the complete list of ingredients here.

• What is the recommended dosage?

  

  One serving is one tablespoon (10ml) of LaVita stirred into 50–100ml of water.

  For adults:

  • We recommend two servings daily – especially when starting out in the first 75 days, when taking medication or during times of particular physical or mental stress.^2,5,8
  • For a healthy person who simply wants to maintain a stable micronutrient level, one serving per day is sufficient.

  For teenagers:

  • Teenagers in puberty often have an increased need for micronutrients. We therefore recommend two servings per day.

  For children:

  • As soon as they start eating at the table until the age of 6: 1 teaspoon of LaVita (5 ml) stirred into a glass of water daily.
  • From the age of 6: 1 teaspoon of LaVita (5 ml) stirred into a glass of water daily.
  • From 6 years of age: 1 tablespoon of LaVita (10 ml) stirred into a glass of water daily.

• How long does a bottle of LaVita last?

  

  One serving is one tablespoon (10ml) of LaVita stirred into 50–100ml of water. One bottle of LaVita (500 ml) is sufficient for 50 days when taken as a basic supplement of one serving per day.

• How long is LaVita’s shelf life?

  

  LaVita is a natural product without preservatives and is not heated during production. That’s why it is important to store unopened bottles in the refrigerator from the beginning. This ensures a shelf life of approximately 5 months after receiving your delivery (see best-before date on the label). Once opened, LaVita should be consumed within 70–90 days. We guarantee top freshness and quality within the indicated shelf life.

• Does LaVita contain preservatives?

  

  No, LaVita is free from additives such as preservatives, colourings, flavourings and sweeteners. It contains no added sugar, is GMO-free, vegan, lactose-free and gluten-free. LaVita is also rigorously tested for pesticides and heavy metals.

• Can I drink LaVita if I am lactose or gluten intolerant?

  

  Yes, LaVita is guaranteed to be lactose- and gluten-free, as confirmed by regular analyses as part of our quality assurance.

• Is LaVita suitable for children?

  

  Yes! LaVita provides valuable vitamins and trace elements, which are particularly important during growth.⁶ Experience has shown that children also enjoy the taste of LaVita.

  Our recommendation:

  • As soon as they start eating at the table until the age of 6: 1 teaspoon of LaVita (5 ml) stirred into a glass of water every day.

  • From 6 years of age: 1 tablespoon of LaVita (10 ml) stirred into a glass of water every day.

  • Teenagers: 10 ml 1–2 times a day with 50–100 ml of water.

• How should I prepare LaVita?

  

  Dilute 10 ml of LaVita (= 1 tablespoon) with 50–100 ml of still water (= 1 serving).

  We recommend gently swirling the bottle before each use to ensure that the ingredients remain evenly distributed, as LaVita deliberately does not contain any emulsifiers.

• How much does LaVita cost?

  

  One serving of LaVita costs 1 €, which corresponds to 10 ml of micronutrient concentrate. A 500 ml bottle contains 50 servings and costs 50 €.
